One person has commented on how versatile the Little Giant Ladders, Velocity, M13, 13 Ft, Multi-Position Ladder actually is, using it in many different ways. As a stepladder, fully extended to its 13FT length or by simply separating it into two smaller ladders.
It has been used for many different tasks including gutter cleaning, changing light bulbs, getting up into the loft, putting Christmas decorations up and even washing and waxing the side of a boat. It has also been mentioned that it is lightweight, multi-functional, and can be folded down for easy storage.
Another reviewer actually has a unique and great idea when using the Little Giant Ladders, Velocity, M13, 13 Ft, Multi-Position Ladder. He needed a ladder that was small and lightweight enough to transport in his vehicle to his boat. When onboard his boat, it can at times be difficult to get on and off due to the tide, so he simply gets the ladder (Which is easy to move around) and extends it to use as a Gangway.

It should be noted, that one repeated finding is that you should be careful and avoid the rotation locking joint, as you can catch your fingers in it if not careful. This in part appears to be related to the ladder being a little stiff when first received, (It may be wise to add a little oil to the moving areas, being careful to avoid the steps in case they become slippery when doing so)
It seems that it may also be down to some reviewers not quite understanding the mechanism that operates the hinge latching device.
To ensure you avoid this, it was mentioned that the hinge latching mechanisms work by pushing them in, they are actually spring-loaded so will automatically lock into place. You need to open the hinge and they will then lock automatically in a frame mode. Push them once again, they lock in their released position, and you just continue unfolding the hinge until they automatically lock in the extension ladder configuration.
Then when you operate the locking mechanisms for extending the legs, they work in a similar fashion.
This appears to have affected a few people over a period of time. There are instructions within the box, along with a QR Code to look online and a video on youtube that also may help when first receiving the ladder. It will be well worth the effort to read all these before using the ladder, which will hopefully make it easier to operate in the long term.
